Delivery timescales depend on many factors. where the retailer country
and the delivery country are the same, takes approximately 2-5 days from
dispatch. where the retailer country and the delivery country are not the same,
takes approximately 5-14 business days from dispatch.
Typically the delivery doesn’t provide tracking or a proof of delivery service.
A signature may be required on receipt. As with any delivery service,
timescales are estimates, cannot be guaranteed and don’t include
customs clearing times beyond our control.
Free shipping / free delivery is only available in South Africa for products
purchased from the Nova Moon online store. If any additional delivery
surcharge fees occur with your order, such as if the weight of a product
exceeds the courier allowance or delivery to a remote destination, we’ll
contact you and you’ll be able to choose to proceed or cancel the order.
We will deliver orders to your address where the registered billing address
